WHAT TYPE OF HAIR DOES MARKED BEAUTY COLLECTION (MBC) PROVIDE?

100% Top Quality Virgin Hair. This hair can be flat ironed, curled, colored and/or bleached any level desired however, we recommend that you consult with a professional. Our hair comes with no smell, minimal shedding and quality virgin hair. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MBC UNIT?

Treat the unit just like it was your own hair. Use good hair products (sulfate free) to maintain the quality. Make sure to comb the hair gently from end to root. We recommend using deep conditioner bi-weekly and to avoid using excessive styling products.

HOW LONG DOES MBC BUNDLES LAST?

Since our hair is top quality 100% Virgin, it can last for a very long time if you take good care of it. Treat the hair like your own by maintaining it correctly and it can last a minimum of one year. Excessive heat and/or color can/will change the texture of the hair; please consult with a professional. 

HOW LONG DOES MBC UNITS LAST?

With good maintenance care, our top quality 100% Virgin hair can last a minimum of one year. We provide pre-made units and custom machine-made units and both wig constructions ensure longevity of your unit. 

CAN I COLOR/BLEACH/DYE MY MB HAIR?

Absolutely! All units are 100% virgin hair and can be color and/or bleached to the desired level. This hair can be colored and/or bleached any level desired however, we recommend that you consult with a professional.

DOES MB OFFER CUSTOM COLORING SERVICES?

Yes! Please provide us a wish when submitting your order. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE READY TO SHIP UNITS?

Our “Ready to Ship” Collection will ship immediately after your payment is approved. Please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address are the same, if not, expect delays!

You will receive a tracking number when your item has shipped. Once your package has shipped, we are no longer responsible for delivery! We highly encourage you to set up notifications via USPS for you package and track it along the way. If you have any issues please email us at MarkedBeautyCollection@gmail.com.

If you are in the DMV area, we offer pick-up services however, unit must be paid in FULL!! Please add in the description “Pick -UP” at checkout. 

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED FOR A CUSTOM BYOH (bring your own hair) UNIT?

Generally, three bundles are enough for most people. However, if you love voluminous hair or exceptionally full hair, four or more bundles are needed. Below are our recommendations for bundle quantity by hair length:

  • 14” and shorter a minimum of 2 bundles if using a Closure. If you would like a U-Part unit with these lengths, 3 bundles are recommended.
  • 16” – 20” 3 bundles recommended if using closure or u-part unit.
  • 22” – 24” 4 bundles recommended if using Closure or U-Part Unit. If you love voluminous hair, go with 5 bundles.
  • 26” and above 4 or more bundles are highly

HOW DO I GET FITTED FOR A CUSTOM WIG?

We use a standard measurement that fits most heads (22” standard size). To measure your head to find your wig cap size, use a cloth tape measure. Measurements are made in inches. Do not stretch the tape for accuracy. In your order description, include your measurements (1-6) see table below.

 

NOTE: MARKED BEAUTY is not responsible for any improperly fitted unit if you fail to send accurate head measurements. Upon purchasing units, make sure SHIPPING & BILLING address are the same, if not, you will be fully refunded!

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A CUSTOM UNIT?

It typically takes a week to process your order (this period includes payment processing time and restock time) and an additional 7-16 business days or sooner for us to create your Unit. You will receive a tracking number once your other is completed. Please address any questions or concerns at markedbeautycollection@gmail.com. WHAT IS THE REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the nature of the products and for sanitary reasons, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
